Dr. Kennedy and Associates encourage all patients to have an annual wellness exam and other preventative measures to promote overall health. Our patient centered team-based approach (Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistant, Nurses, Medical Assistants, Care Coordinator and/or Pharmacy consultant) promotes general wellness through getting to know you and your health history, taking time to learn about your risk factors, including family history and lifestyle behaviors. During your routine exam, it is your chance to mention any complaints or concerns about your health. Early morning and lunch-time appointments are available for your convenience and family appointments are welcome.

In addition to preventative medicine, our medical team offers acute care for illness and injuries, diagnostic testing, immunizations, women’s health, chronic disease management and education, worker’s compensation, minor surgeries and procedures, and joint and trigger point injections.. We also provide specialty physicals for DOT and FAA.

When you or your family require additional attention, we will continue to coordinate and manage your care through home health, physical therapy, hospice, transitional care, assisted living, behavioral health, skilled and long term care and referrals to specialists.
